The 4BR / 2BA house accommodates up to 8 guests, with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed (bunk beds). Designed for fun and relaxation, this home offers plenty of space for a family gathering, group trip, or special event. \*\*Centrally located & street noise is unavoidable. Noise machines are available. After staying in numerous rentals over the years, we realized the things that we would like to have to enhance our own stay and designed our space with that in mind. While it's just off a busy area, there's plenty to do within walking and driving distance. The property itself was exceptionally clean, and everything was in good working order. Hosts were very responsive and checked in to ensure we had a good stay. We would definitely return to this property. ##### Claire V. Nice place to stay. It’s on a main road so a little noisy but nice location. Easy to get downtown. Small wal mart less than a mile away makes it nice if you need anything ##### Scott P. Had nice updated showers, comfortable beds and lots of room for our 3 little kids to play. House is on an intersection with a little traffic but we barely noticed any noise. The house was huge and the perfect size for our large family. It also had a pool table! The kids had a blast. It was very close to all of the attractions and restaurants in and around Chattanooga. We have family in Chattanooga and stopped for two nights to have family Thanksgiving. We were traveling with our two dogs. The house was absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed for our dogs, particularly the nice big fenced in backyard. And plenty of room for our family members to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner together. Good things: close to downtown, nice looking cottage home, spacious, hospitable overall. Kitchen, living room, bathrooms clean overall. Not so good things about the property: noise level was too much, need to wash bedsheets/blankets better. You know how people say things like, "Would definitely stay here again?" Well... I wrote that in my review last year - and I stayed here again! If that's not a testament to how I feel about this property, then I'm not sure what else to write. Seriously, though, this house is perfect for what we needed it for, and it's a real gem. Plenty of room for our Lab and 3 kids and grandparents to run around. A 2 minute car ride to Walmart and close for delivery. The street noise didn't bother us. I actually enjoyed sipping the coffee they left for us (thank you) and watching the cars drive by while the sun rose. Not a lot of traffic noise. I work nights so I had plenty of light but dark enough for everyone else sleeping. Lots of open space and rooms. Great stop for SWFL to Ohio trip and easy to get to. ##### Alex G. I highly recommend staying at Ashland Terrace. The home is well equipped. It is excellently maintained. And the owners are wonderful to work with. It is also impeccably clean. The only drawback, and I only mentioned it to make you stay more enjoyable is be aware that there is traffic noise they have provided noise machines to help. I found that sleeping with earplugs seem to help. On another note, I’m the only one that was bothered. Everyone else in the family Said it was not an issue after the first night. I Highly recommend staying in this home. You’re right in between Hixson Boulevard and Dayton Boulevard. Both of those streets will give you access to anything you need in Chattanooga. There is a very nice convenience store right across the street if you want to pick up anything, sodas, snacks, or bottled water. There is also Walmart, grocery store less than a mile away for your convenience ##### Timothy F.
