The house is on a quiet residential street, providing a calm environment, but typical neighbourhood sounds may be heard. As mentioned, the beds are double and queen sized respectively, so it might not be very comfortable for anyone with a bigger built. Using our guest permit system, only one parking space is available for guests (one permit provided per day). We look forward to welcoming you for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Chatham. Guests will have access to the entire home! I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
