Security is strong and parking is right outside the house. On top of all that, Celine is a very friendly host and is both accommodating and full of information about the area. "We had a great two nights stay .. Melanie is great , friendly and helpful ! Staying there is like at home, as you got that kind of family touch … room is spacious and clean , views throughout the vineyards are stunning! Learned that owner’s vineyards haven been rented to Saint Angelus, one of our favorite wines, and that backyards has indeed enhanced our feeling. "

"The house has a light, spacious design and decor, making it easy to live in. We appreciated the outdoor eating area, especially the useful awning to protect against midday sun. The pool was a good size, with the robot cleaner working well, and there was comfortable poolside lounging seating. The house was overall well-equipped although some areas may soon need a refresh e.g. the kitchen units and the showers. The location is an asset. The immediate surroundings are pleasant and peaceful but not isolated with the vineyard setting adding interest. It is well placed for visiting the Bordeaux region and for accessing the area of the Dordogne around Bergerac. St Émilion station is only 5 minutes away with regular services into Bordeaux. Nearby St Sulpice de Faleyrens has a good boulangerie and restaurant; Branne has a wider range of shops and restaurant; Libourne has an excellent Sunday market and a full range of shops and supermarkets. The welcome and information from the host was very good as was communication throughout. "
