"Very helpful staff reception and in dining areas. Good breakfast and service. Fabulous pool and area which is bookable and therefore for individual use. Room was tired and needed updating. Bunk beds for children definitely need maintenance. Cleanliness in bathroom and other areas could be better. That said bed linen was very good. In all though, great location and can’t praise staff enough for their friendliness. "

"The caravan was very clean and the facilities in it were well maintained. Bed linen is provided but don’t forget to take towels and kitchen linen, also washing up liquid etc! This is mentioned when booking though. A broom and dustpan and brush are provided, but a little handheld vacuum cleaner and a mop and bucket would be even better to help keep floors and soft furnishings clean."

"My son and I found this to be the ideal home-from-home for our short fossil hunting trip. Perfectly located between Charmouth and Lyme Regis with everything we needed for a self-catering break. The host communication was excellent throughout too. The accommodation was clean, cosy and comfortable. Would definitely return. "

"A beautifully maintained site with amazing staff happy to help day or night. The site itself sits at the edge of charmouth village but you would think you are in the middle of knowhere with how pieceful it is. Within a 10 minute simple yet beautiful walk you are on the jurassic coast to go fossil hunting on charmouth beach, enjoy the sea or enjoy the sights of the vast coastline with a shop both on the campsite and on the beach with a fossil museum there's plenty to do and see and is easily accessible to other seaside locations and charmouth village is a delight to walk through. Seadown is definitely worth a visit."

"Used for a meeting point between ourselves and friends. The accommodation was clean and very quaint and ideal for our use. The welcome letter was very touching and the compliments left i.e. milk, butter bread etc was a pleasant surprise.With the fish and chip shop and pubs along the road meant that we did not have to cook during our stay. Short walk to the beach and the seashore was very pleasant we would use the accommodation again without hesitation."
