The first room was not the room I reserved, the bed was just a little bigger then a double but I know I reserved a queen. Finally moved to a slightly bigger room but it's still a small room.

We were welcomed by Emily at Front of House who was so helpful. She gave us great recommendations and really made us welcome.
My only disappointment was due to booking through Expedia only 1 breakfast was included whereas if we had booked direct both guests would receive breakfast.
Otherwise the stay was ideal.
The area is great, 10 minute walk to most places, circular quay, the rocks, old sydney, the shopping area in Pitt Street.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la station Town Hall et proche du tramway (métro léger).
La chambre était petite mais propre, le lit confortable et la salle de bain bien équipée (la douche pluie est un vrai bonheur).
Le personnel est très aimable. Les bagages peuvent être gardés à la réception avant que la chambre soit prête ou avant de quitter la ville à la fin du séjour.

"This place is a real enigma: accommodation is excellent, lovely large, clean well appointed room and bathroom but the entertainment/ restaurant/ pool centre was my idea of hell. (Resembles a very busy food court in a noisy overcrowded mall). The whole complex is in a bad location in a beautiful area. ..."
