When we arrived we were given a city view room despite booking a harbour view. This was changed when I complained. The lifts were being refurbished due to being horrendously slow and the corridors were noisy at night. The breakfast served was poor. Overall the hotel was expensive for what is at most a 3 star hotel.

Needless to say, I was concerned to learn that you had a disappointing stay. When our guests are not pleased, we are not either, and I wish to apologize that you did not have the best experience with us. Your points made are well taken, and have been noted.
