"The breakfast was fair. The muffins were "tough", the chicken sauage was a hockey puck and the bananas were disgusting. Looked ok on the outside but the inside was always brown and mushy. One waffle iron was broken so waffle lines were super busy and long. You maybe need some better options. The breakfast staff were all nice and pleasant. "

"The hotel staff was very helpful in allowing me to check in early due to my flight landing earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated. The other reviews speaking about the train being loud, i truly didn’t experience this. However, my room was on a higher floor so I heard the train go by but it wasn’t loud and definitely didn’t wake me up out of my sleep. Something I wish I would’ve known before hand was that this hotel doesn’t have a pool. My hotel room was clean however the shower in the bathroom was not. Also, around 8am I needed more towels I was told by the front desk that the cleaning staff wasn’t there yet and that I could come down to the front desk to grab them unless I wanted to wait for them to arrive. These are all just things to make mental note of when booking here. Overall, friendly staff and great views of the city from my hotel room."

"A double booking allowed a family to enter my room in the evening while I was watching TV. (They were given an access card!). I told them to return to the customer desk to straighten out the mess. They apologized for the inconvenience, even though it was not their fault. I hope that they had no trouble getting another room. Your customer service rep. then phoned me and she was very nice and apologized for the error. The TV did not work after that. Other than this the experience was fine. Very nice corner suite on the 10th floor. I prearranged valet car pickup for the morning of our departure. They had no record of it for some reason the morning of our departure, but they were able to retrieve my car quickly despite this."
