Everlong Residential presents this charming fun Lake Norman Retreat. Private Dock with expansive lake views. Its cozy vibe mixed with artsy charm makes for a great time on the water. Cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, pour a cocktail on the screened in porch, or relax in one of the hammocks or chairs around the fire pit! Professionally Cleaned with Washer/Dryer. Primary bedroom has a Queen bed, second bedroom has a Queen, and third bedroom has 2 double beds. Don't forget the pool table! Quiet, Lake Side neighborhood on wooded lot. This is a vintage lake cabin that will feel like you're camping on the lake. Enjoy the many patios or the Screened in porch with new furniture! This cabin is in Mooresville, NC on the shores of Lake Norman which is about 35 minutes away from Charlotte NC. Situated on a wooded lot that makes it feel 1000 miles away from the big city bustle. Plenty of beds for heads, and thoughtful funky throughout. We look forward to sharing our space with you! Guests are responsible for firewood, and anything needed for the grill. We provide all linens, but make sure to pack your favorite pool towels for the lake. Since the property is on the lake, around here that means well water. Although we have top notch water filtration systems in place, you can't get around the hard water! We are just a quick message away if you need anything. As 28x Superhosts, we try hard to get it right. SAFETY DEVICES: Exterior security cameras present: We have one security camera at the front door, one at the driveway, one at the fire pit, and one at the boat doak. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours. Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video. \*\*\*EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS\*\*\* We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request. This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability. We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee. \*\*\*Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy\*\*\* Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. \*\*If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.\*\* We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. Unfortunately, the house was not cleaned appropriately, which included dirty floors that had broken glass on them. Very musty smell. Basic maintenance needs to be performed. Ants all over the kitchen, broken blinds, holes in the wall where a curtain rod once hung. Refrigerator was dirty, vents are rusty, paint is peeling from the ceiling, and the main bathroom has what looks like a tub and faucet from the 1970s. The outside of the house needs to be power washed to get rid of the hundreds of spiders that then migrate inside. The dock has boards that are severely warped and pulling up. We will not be returning to this property as the price point is way too high for what you get. ##### Justin V. The age and condition of the house was definitely visible when looking around and we saw several things like the door on the back porch that needed to be replaced and was being held together by pieces of wood like makeshift patch's. It worked fine for me and my friends that stayed there because it was just a couple of guys hanging out for a weekend, but if this was somewhere I would have taken my family, I probably would have been a little pissed off at the overall condition of the place. ##### Matt P.
