Newly renovated cute 3 bedroom 2 bath bungalow

Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This newly renovated 3 BR 2 BT bungalow is walking distance to over 19 restaurants and bars in and around the Plaza Midwood area. Its central location puts you 10 minutes to downtown Charlotte.

The Space:
The bungalow provides a living room with a large sectional sofa and tv, a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishware and small appliances. The kitchen table includes seating for six.
The bungalow includes a Master bedroom with a King bed and attached bathroom (walk in shower) and two bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bathroom (bath tub). All bedrooms have tv's and room darkening curtains.
There is also a washer and dryer as well as a desk/work area.
Outside in the back yard, there is a fire pit and underneath (inside) the house is a ping pong table and casual seating.

Guest Access:
Located at the front door is a push button key pad. To light it up you touch the bottom left corner and then put in your code.
Please let the lock open all the way before entering. You should receive your code 48 hours before check in. If
for some reason you don't please let me know.

The Neighborhood:
Plaza Midwood has several restaurants, bars all in walking distance from the house. Close to downtown.

Other Things to Note:
Within walking distance you have 19 Bars and restaurants. Close to all venues in Charlotte

Family Spring Trip

Great stay! We loved the location and neighborhood. The house was exactly as described and pictured. It was well stocked and had lots of things to add to your comfort. It was clean and easy to move around in. Our boys loved the downstairs- huge hit! Great for a family of all ages.

Fabulous place!

We stayed in Charlotte for the weekend with some friends. The property was wonderful. It was conveniently located, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was exceptional. He responded quickly and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Girls Trip

Each year my two daughters, my granddaughter and myself take a small spring trip together. We like to go to a different area each year and stay in a rental instead of a hotel, all for the experience and just us girls spending time shopping, eating, and exploring. We all loved the house on Commonwealth! Very updated, clean and had all we needed. I would recommend this home to anyone! In fact, several of my friends and I have thought about an overnight trip to Charlotte to tour the Billy Graham museum, This home would be perfect!!!

Came to town to cheer on our family members running in the Charlotte marathon. Location was within a 5 min walk from our kids. Great restaurants, breweries and grocery store within walking distance.

Sister Reunion

Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was available. The was more than enough space for us to spread and also come together. It was a nice change to go downstairs and enjoy the game room! The backyard and the patio areas are very nice! If we are in the area again, this home would be at the top of our list!

Family Gathering

This property fit perfectly for our family gathering. We were able to have a family dinner as well as card games during our stay. The weather permitted us to use the corn hole game as well as the ping pong table. The location was very convenient to downtown and dinning and shopping options. Would stay again.

Completely pleased. Our group was 70 plus and we thought a handicap bar installed on the wall right outside the shower would be helpful. It is a great house for seniors.

Cozy and full of charm

My nieces, sister and I were visiting Charlotte and needed a place to stay close to downtown. This house is the perfect location close to everything from shopping, restaurants to special events. The house was cozy, charming , and comfy. The host was super attentive and responsive. We loved the black out curtains! Slept like babies! Check in and out was very smooth! I HIGHLY recommend staying here!
