The place was clean and the apartment building seemed decently maintained. I wouldn't call it "luxury" but it was definitely comfortable. It would be a nice option for single person looking for a convenient place to crash. I would not recommend it for a family. There is only one key fob; the listing says there is one fob for amenities, but you need the fob to access the building and it's also the key to the unit. Trying to coordinate one key with two adults and children is difficult. Also, the pool is not at all as pictured. It looked yellow - like it wasn't clean and had a mildew layer on the bottom and there was detritus floating in it the first day. I recognize this isn't the fault of the property owner, but we booked the room based largely on the resort-like pool pics that were terribly deceiving. This building is right along many walking trails, close to Trader Joe's and other restaurants, so I didn't need a car. The amenities in the building are beautiful; also, the gym, pool, and rooftop patio were amazing to have access to. ##### Emily B. The walk ability was amazing for me and my daughter. Close to shopping and multiple eating spots and we never had to drive far to go to where we wanted to go. The apartment was clean and smelled very good, everything is well maintained. It was too cold to swim but the pool looks nice. Has a balcony overlooking the pool area with a small view of the top of one of the buildings but overall an amazing vacation. ##### Richard B. The place was small, but it was clean and had everything we needed! We are both pretty tall so we felt the bed was low, but it was so comfortable and slept great! It was perfect for the two of us who had an event at the Bank of America stadium to attend. It was a straight shot and less than 2 miles away so we wound up walking. Great neighborhood, and spotted a bar & grill nearby that we wound up visiting on the way back. Having the visual aid describing where the fob and parking space was absolutely the best. Great place to stay and surprisingly roomy. As others mentioned, the mattress is pretty soft, but the area was quiet and we had no complaints. ##### Barbara T. The apartment is in a nice area and is close to many things downtown, but still have to uber there. The check in process was a complete nightmare. The instructions on where to find the lock box are unclear and fails to mention there are TWO garage entrances. The garage is a maze and terrible to navigate.
