If a guest arrives before the scheduled check-in time and requests early access, an early check-in fee of $50 per hour will be applied. This fee covers the additional expenses associated with accommodating early arrivals. 《 GARBAGE 》 Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash chute on your floor. 《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》 Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out. 《 LIGHTS 》 Please turn off lights when not in use.
