Great location in walking distance to most attractions. However the hotel does not have a pool or offer shuttle service to the airport.

Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. We've stayed at several hotels recently and that doesn't normally happen. The downside for me was the view from our room. We looked out on a rooftop with industrial size air conditioning units. Self-parking was $29.00 per day.

Facility was alright, but the area around it was incredibly noisy until around 2-3am. There was a night club right down the road that you could hear the music and feel the bass from, cars outside of the hotel were revving their engines and blasting their horns and the walls felt like they were thin being able to hear people outside of the room not even being noisy. I do not recommend staying here unless you can sleep through lots of city noise. The hotel should definitely provide ear plugs or white noise machines at the very least.

I really enjoyed the valet. He always made me feel right at home. If you’re ever looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend. Everyone is so nice, but especially the man at the valet service.

Beautiful decor in lobby and room. Front desk and parking valets especially friendly. We took cool showers-no hot water! There were hairs on the shower floor- not ours. So cleaning was not optimal.

Arrived to check in at 3:15 and did not get checked in until 5pm. There was a “system malfunction” then housekeeping was behind some only certain rooms were being available to be check in. One staff member, Chloe, wqs snappy and rude to several customers when complaining because other people were being check in before people that had been waiting for over an hour. Likely to never stay here again and tell others no to either. I was late to the eagles concert and missed my dinner reservation due to this horrible check in experience.

We were there for a concert. There was a huge line at check-in. The staff had people serving sparkling grape juice and champagne with snacks. They had meatballs, spring rolls, and hot chocolate chip cookies. They handled it very well!

The room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly and a little sassy (in a good way), the lobby restaurant/bar Forchetta is fabulous, and there are a lot of great food options very close by. I'm not knocking the hotel for this because it's beyond their control, but light and early sleepers should be aware there is a loud nightclub next door that keeps the music pumping until 1am or so, at least on the weekend. But I'd stay there again regardless.

This was a great property. The only downside was that housekeeping didn't replenish coffee/tea/cups when they cleaned the room and didn't supply a bathmat on the second day after taking away the one that I hung up.

Nice staff and good valet service. Hotel restaurant was pretty good but like most restaurants in hotels was not exceptional. Good central location but like a lot of cities be cautious walking at night.
