Just 10 min away from Casino, fully furnished, and fast reliable wifi. \- House has smoking detectors as well as CO2 detectors so no need to worry about unwelcome gases. \- E-lock keyless entrance so you can easily access the house \- The grill has a one-time use fee of $50 to cover the cost of cleaning and propane. \- Long stays are welcome, to ask about a 1 to 2-month stay! \-SMOKING FEE OF $250 if you violate this rule. \- An additional charge will be applied for lost or damaged towels and linens. \------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "We may ask you for a deposit if: your review count is lower than 5; if you have received poor reviews from other hosts; if you have no reviews at all and are staying with more than 4 people; or if you are under the age of 25\.
