The staff were very pleasant. The hotel is located close to shopping and dining.
The room was clean but in the plumbing fixtures were in terrible condition. The bath tub was cracked and the tub spout was loose. The faucet in the kitchenette leaked.
The room door handle jammed so opening the door from the hallway was sometimes a challenge. I reported it but no one came to repair the door handle.
The attempts at maintenance were poorly done. The bathtub had been patched, then painted, but not with the correct acrylic paint designed for tubs.
The loose bath spout had been glued back on using sealant but that failed and the spout almost fell off when I pulled up the diverter for the shower.
I cannot recommend this hotel in its current condition.

The quality was very rough. We only used it for sleeping as we were out most of the day but the shower and bathroom as a whole was very run down. The walls looked rough and the air conditioner was extremely loud. Overall it was an alright stay. I felt safe and had a bed that didn’t feel dirty so that’s the most important thing, but the place could definitely use some maintenance work.

The room was musty and smelled. The inside door handle fell off when we arrived. The door closed and it fell to the floor. The fold out bed was gross. Dirty sheets on it. I would not stay at this hotel ever again!
I will say that the bed was comfortable. The facilities were overall old and dingy looking. I had one towel in my bathroom, no washcloth and no hand towel , the phone did not work, overall musty and cigarette smell throughout. I was disappointed
Staff were friendly but the place was very dirty, even found cockroaches in our room. Room was somewhat clean but shower left a lot to be desired.

The room had a lot of amenities especially if you are staying several days or need to work. Some of furnishings are past due for an update. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Have stayed there on several occasions over the years and property is starting to show its age, needs some sprucing up but for the price can't complain.
The property was fairly clean but was obviously an older property. The bed was very comfortable. I probably would have rated it higher but the front entry staff made sure to point out there would be NO housekeeping because of being there only one night and we were on our own if we needed more towels. Also pointed out there was nothing in the way of coffee or breakfast without purchase. In the room there was a coffee maker and a packet of coffee but no creamer, etc. Had to drive a half mile to get morning coffee. For $150 / night in a mediocre hotel the least they could do is offer coffee in the morning in the lobby.
Clean and comfortable hotel. Very quiet. Good price.

Staff was not knowledgeable of questions asked. On Saturday, someone came into my room because the door was not completely closed when I returned. Elevator smelled like marijuana. Will not stay here again.
The stay was good. The location was ideal for me. No restaurant on site but lots of good restaurants very close by. Very nice area. No pool - but I was there on business.
Starting to get a little dated - but was clean.
Bathroom is disgusting. The tub is stained brown. The furniture in the living area is very worn. Saw a cockroach in the hallway. No complimentary coffee or hair dryer. Hotel is in a great location but will be staying elsewhere next time. Very disappointed.

We were in handicapped room #129. Room was very old looking and not sure how clean it was. But the appliances were new and all worked great, including the ice maker. Furniture very comfortable. Used a suitcase and stand for extra storage in the BR which worked OK. Staff was over and above friendly and accomodating. Clean towels and linen readily available for the asking. Lending cabinet of items; we borrowed a George Forman and an HDMI cord. Parking and access to our room perfect. I would stay there again since the options for a full kitchen with a stove in that location were few.
Suite was large and comfortable. The bed was clean and confortable. The shower was a bit outdated, but worked for our stay. The amenities were what made it worth the stay -- the kitchenette and full fridge.
Hotel is very close to Blythe Landing. Good choice of restaurants around. Definitely an older hotel that has been given a face lift. Only problem in room was the huge chip out of the fiberglass bathtub. The marketplace downstairs is very easy to use and the prices is reasonable. We asked for late check out and was able to stay until 1:00.
The stay was good, the staff was very help and polite. The rooms are large and well prepared.
Windows do not have blackouts and the water pressure is low on the showers.
