For example, the flooring is run down and not shiny, there are chips and cracks on the wall, etc. That being said, those minor aesthetic details, did not negatively impact our stay. The house was spotless clean, beds were comfortable, linens were great quality and neighborhood was quiet. It has all amenities needed to feel comfortable. Main attractions are 30 to 40 minutes walk. Either upstairs or downstairs. The backyard was not accessible through the home. You have to out and around. The ac isn’t that cold despite a ac filter change. You can send someone to stake out the line, have drinks on the porch and when it’s time, a minute walk and you’re in. We loved the location! It was a few minute drive to many of our destinations in old Charleston and less than 10 minutes to Folly Beach. It was walking distance to almost everything! And they allowed us to bring our dogs which is a huge bonus!
