There were a few things that didn't meet our expectations. The rental didn't have any type of table or chairs within the space, it did have outdoor dining in the private backyard. However, not something you would use in the 30 - 40 degree weather. The rental was also very cold even with all the electric heaters that we were instructed to use that were left on 24/7, we still woke up to less than 64 degrees on the thermostat and was actually colder in some of the downstairs.I wouldn't recommend renting this unit. ##### Michael L.
