This elegant and spacious home offers a perfect blend of modern comforts and historic charm. With its prime location, you'll have easy access to the city's finest shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. This property is a Duplex, so there is also the ability to rent it as whole house.  
  
\- Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.  
  
This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-05894 and Business License BL037390-05-2024

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:  
  
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.  
  
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.  
  
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
