This brand new bright studio apartment is available for 30 night minimum stays. This apartment has its own private entrance and is located in downtown Charleston. The building was completely renovated and showcases modern design & decor. There is one private off-street parking space included at no additional cost. Park your car and walk everywhere. Great location with quick access to surrounding areas. Please note this unit is handicap inaccessible. The Space: The studio features a Queen size bed, cozy sitting area, and a quiet workspace. The ensuite bathroom features a large tiled shower. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, double induction cooktop, toaster oven, keurig, and kitchen essentials for light cooking. Note that all 4 units have their own private entrance with keypad locks. VRBO is a re-seller, not our website. What you get for this premium: You get an easy to use mobile platform and a quality assurance guarantee from VRBO that we as a management company will deliver the property as advertised. If we had a problem the managers were right there to fix whatever the problem. It was a small space, but it was well planned out. On the negative side the bathroom left a lot to be desired. There was no door or curtain for the shower, so no matter how hard you tried the bathroom floor always got wet. There were no towel bars, only 1 hook to hold the towels. We purchased 2 others and put them next to the one that was there.The kitchen area was very compact but efficient. The walls were thin so you could hear your neighbors and obviously they could hear you.Overall we had a fabulous time exploring Charleston, and the apartment was close to most things we wanted to do.
