Step into a piece of Charleston history in this beautifully preserved home built in 1880\. This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat features an open floor plan with space to relax or connect. The kitchen includes essentials for light cooking and opens to a dining area with a bar and table. With a sofa bed in the shared space, the home sleeps up to two guests—perfect for a solo traveler or couple seeking charm and comfort.

This home features 3 full bathrooms, offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone to enjoy during your stay. With 2 bedrooms and an open floor plan, it provides a comfortable and spacious layout for relaxing and gathering. The full kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs, while the living room offers plenty of seating for everyone to unwind and enjoy each other's company!

Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens

When you book, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire second floor of this charming home. The space is completely private and reserved just for you. Please note that the property includes other separate units, so you may encounter other guests in shared exterior areas.  
  
Parking: While on-site parking is not available, guests have access to one designated spot just around the corner. Please note that parking in the dedicated lot is not permitted on Sundays between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, but all on-street parking is complimentary on Sunday.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.  
  
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
