The hotel room was clean and comfortable - a great bed and blackout curtains, so we got a good night sleep every night. Huge, powerful shower as well. Really couldn't find a fault - the staff were all friendly and really helpful.

El lugar está algo oscuro pero es acogedor. Nos gustó que la regadera está separada del baño. El café es ilimitado y por ejemplo puedes llevar tus galletas y servirte café para desayunar, ese es un gran tip. El hotel está algo escondido, en medio de una calle. El personal del hotel no habla español, habla inglés, francés, italiano pero nadie habla español. Cerca del hotel están 3 estaciones de diferentes líneas del metro y muchos bares, restaurantes o la iglesia de Notre Dame.

Great location, days later i stayed at district #2 and i really prefer #9... walkable train station and there are restaurants and bars that stay open until late hours. Also a grocery nearby.. staff was very helpful, they answer all of our question . Help us printing tour tickets etc will stay again

Good hotel, great service
We had a very nice stay in room 203. We arrived early, at about 12:20, and the nice young man in the reception told us that the room was not yet ready and he would tell us as soon as it would be ready. We had a coffee in the breakfast area while waiting. We appreciated very much the fact that the coffee machine was available for guests all day long. There was a nice sitting area next to the breakfast room. The room became available at about 12:45. The room was big for Parisian standards, the windows had very good noise insulation, there was a good amount of storage space for toiletries in the room and the bathroom and a wardrobe for hanging clothes. The room had a table, a chair, a kettle, tea and coffee. There was glass carafe filled with mineral water on arrival, which was not replenished for the second day. That was not an issue as there was a Carrefour across the road and also a Franprix closeby.The room was practically designed for living and storage space. The bathroom had Naturals Remedies full size shampoo / shower gel and conditioner bolted to the wall. The sink was separate from the bathroom in the room itself. The wall next to the sink had a full size Naturals Remedies body lotion and liquid soap.The toilet was separate from the shower room. The only drawback was that there was no mini fridge in the room. Everybody at the reception and was very friendly and helpful. We would happily stay there again.

Fantastic hidden gem!
This hotel is fantastic, what a hidden gem! I'll admit I was a little worried based on how good of a deal it was, that the hotel was going to be underwhelming, but I was so wrong. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The room was nothing fancy, but I had just booked the basic double room - besides, I was spending all my time out exploring, what else do you need besides a comfy bed? There's a little closet for clothes, a desk, and a console table that runs behind the bed which was handy for phone, books, water, etc. The shower pressure is AMAZING, literally the best hotel shower I've been in. Within a few minutes walk to two different metro lines, 10 minutes to Opera house and Galleries de Lafeyette. Quiet and clean. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Lafayette. The gentleman who checked me in was really kind and welcoming and explained everything very well. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was nice too. My only complaint was there was only one coffee sachet for a 3 night stay, so had to go downstairs it in the morning to get a coffee from the machine before I was going to get ready. Other than that, wonderful and comfy and quiet and I'll definitely be back for future work trips.

30th Birthday weekend in Paris
Really warm welcome on arrival, I had messaged the hotel prior to arrival for a couple of special requests which were dealt with perfectly. All the staff were helpful, room and hotel extremely clean, great location, comfortable beds and nice quiet rooms! We would highly recommend!

Good location for getting around
Went for a long weekend with my good lady, excellent location plenty of restaurants in the locale, breakfast was good but we also gave the local boulangeries a go, very large bedroom and super comfy bed..

I was put in a tiny room with a single bed that they kindly changed me into one with a double but with equal size where you couldn’t even open your suitcase and the toilet was separate from the bathroom where you legs almost touched the wall. Would not stay here again for the amount the room cost per night

The Staff were very helpful, accommodating and professional! They are attentive to their guest needs and requests! The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. There’s only a little issue because the bathroom was the first thing I saw when I came in to the room.. I was hoping that I had a private bathroom which I specifically requested due to privacy matter.

The Hotel has a great location, walkable to many site. Using Uber is also inexpensive. The hotel staff was great and very helpful. As per the rooms were decent and clean. Breakfast was pretty good and had enough selections to start your day.

I booked the deluxe room, it was very spacious with a big bathroom. The pictures don’t do the rooms justice. There are glass sliding doors in the rooms though you can’t step out, it’s great for fresh air. With that being said the rail by the sliding door is the home to many spiders which is to be expected, so watch out. The area also has a lot of flies so keep that in mind when opening the window/door. There’s fresh breakfast downstairs every morning, room service for cleaning comes daily. But the cleaning of the shower could’ve been better. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned from the previous stay, even still had the half used body wash. Customer service was great. This is a good hotel for short stays in Paris. Lots of fun trinket & antique shops in the area. It’s also close to a park.

Great stay in a very clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat and several laundromats nearby if you need to do laundry. Busy nightlife outside but room was quiet. Relatively close to Montmarte attractions. Would stay here again.

A very lovely sunset view
The hotel's located in the 9th Arrondissement and is in a perfect location (in my opinion) for all the sites. It's less than 5 mins away to at least 3 metro stations, 30 mins away from Montmarte, 10-15 mins away from Palais Garnier and Galaries Lafayette Haussmann. The hotel's new and very clean. Housekeeping is being done every day unless otherwise told so. The staff are very accommodating and nice. They gave me a spare key card because I keep forgetting to bring one with me. I had a balcony in my room which faces the back of the hotel which I think was better because just right outside the hotel is a bar so I can't really say if how quiet the nightlife is outside. But I definitely felt safe all throughout my stat. I'm coming back soon but unfortunately there's no available rooms for my dates. Sad! But highly recommend!!

We thought the customer service was excellent. Staff were very helpful and keen to please. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was nice. The biggest issue we had was just how small the rooms were. We had to wait for one person to pass from one side of the room to another. It was a joke.
