Già prima di arrivare avevamo avuto la sensazione che il personale fosse molto attento al cliente. Ho ricevuto due mail con le indicazione sul come e dove parcheggiare la macchina, con tanto di istruzioni per le destinazioni (parcheggi) per i vari navigatori, corredata da planimetria formato Psg. Siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità ed amore. Marianna alla reception ci ha subito offerto qualcosa da bere, dato le indicazioni principali per muoversi in città, e per mangiare cucina tradizionale e ricercata (provati tutti i posti consigliati veramente TOP). Ci ho poi accompagnato in camera (ha portato lei i bagagli) e ci ha spiegato con attenzione il funzionamento di tutti i confort in dotazione: aria condizionata, ventilatore a pala a soffitto, macchina per caffè espresso gratis, frigo bar (alta qualità), doccia. Una menzione al bagno dotato di ogni necessità: biancheria bianca di spugna ultra morbida e soffice, ciabatte da doccia in spugna, asciugacapelli, doppia lavandino, doccia-vasca con temperatura dell'acqua regolabile, lozioni corpo, set denti, set capelli, set barba. A dimenticavo: il bagno sarà di circa 20mq!!! La colazione Con ogni ben di dio, ma senza esagerazioni, nella zona soggiorno dal sapore antico e orientale con tanto di schermo al plasma con le previsioni meteo in tempo reale. Il personale cortese h24.....insomma hotel di design da favola, fatto e gestito con amore. Ogni dettaglio in questo hotel trasuda amore per questo lavoro e per i clienti.

Hotel tres bien placé dans le coeur de la canee avec une decoration charmante et un personnel super accueillant. La chambre etait tres jolie et tres bien équipée

fantastic groovy boutique hotel

only stayed one night but staff were hugely helpful organised a taxi from airport late check in no problem room was very comfortable only thing missing was a view, but was in a very groovy part of old town. Easy walk to beaches

Très bel hôtel bien décoré et bien placé. Accueil très souriant et dévoué. Très bon petit déjeuner. Hôtel bien placé, proche du port vénitien, dans une rue animée par les restaurants, mais qui se calme assez vite le soir.

This beautiful little hotel was so wonderful. The best of our stay. Well worth paying a little more for such a wonderful experience. The staff could not have been more helpful. Just a lovely place.

Beautiful hotel, uncomfortable overbooking

Hotel was beautiful. Pristine. Location was fantastic. My only issue was communication with the woman in charge after I booked a room on this site that wasn't actually available. I was traveling by horseback the week before, so I had very limited internet access. When I asked about adding a day to the reservation, she replied the hotel was booked and to look elsewhere online. So I did. A day later, when I was searching hotels.com, Fatma showed up. I thought maybe they'd had a last minute cancellation so I booked it. (What weary traveler wouldn't hope the skies had cleared and she'd only have to unpack once?) The next day, I got a reply that was less than friendly asking me why I would book it online when I knew it wasn't available (CAPS letters included in email). She said for my convenience they wouldn't charge the nonrefundable fee. There was no reason for an email like that. All she had to say was there was a mistake on hotels.com. Period. I would have been happy to figure out another place, which was my intention in the first place. Instead it was awkward the moment I stepped in the door, and I was relieved to see when the night person was at the front desk. Had I had the option, I would have canceled my reservation completely, even if it meant missing out on what could be the best hotel room in Chania.
