Amazing location, right in the thick of Chania old town, right next to the Venetian harbour and near countless great eateries, including an excellent breakfast place nextdoor. The room was clean and comfy, everything worked, and the staff were super friendly and nice. Next time I'm in Chania I will want to stay here again!

Great Place in Heart of Old Town
Superb location close to everything in the old town. Excellent customer service, friendly staff. Quiet, clean, would stay here again.

The location was ideal. However, the building could use a little bit of updating even though it was a historical building and very beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They had a small bottle of complementary wine and cleaned our room every day. We had to ask for an extra blanket and extra pillows since there are not in the room. The bathroom was a little small, but it was clean and it was updated. Going into the bathroom was an awkward step and at 68 years old my husband and I had challenges going in and out of the bathroom. The little café downstairs called FreshPoint was amazingly good and George had the best service ever. He even went above and beyond to get us some coffee by getting it to us to take home. Everything was right outside of our door shops, amazing restaurants, and stores for supplies. I would definitely go back again

We stayed at the two bedroom apartment. It is located separate from the hotel. The location is very good but the parking is difficult. It is far from the hotel/apartment and the closest one gets full easily. We stayed at Port Antiko in March, there was no option for breakfast. The room was not cleaned while we were there’s therefore I would not classify them as a hotel. It is an apartment, a vacation rental which is not bad I just wish the description had been more accurate.

Wonderful view and room
My water front room on the 3rd floor was breathtaking, the lighthouse, venetian port and mosque. No matter that it was stormy. Very roomy and well maintained accomodations. Will repeat the stay after 10 days.

Parking is difficult in Chania, no direct parking to this hotel. But otherwise, great property, staff and location right in the harbour!

The property overall was OK. If you book a room with balcony make sure it is not on the lower floors. The fish restaurant right below makes the balcony unbearable.

We arrived very late, due tonour flight being delayed. We had prechecked in, so the key was left in a locked box at the front door. The room is small, with en suite, but it was comfortable for our stay

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed here for our first night in Greece, and we were so impressed. The friendly front desk met us outside on the waterfront upon arrival to show us the way to the hotel, but after that we had no trouble navigating back ourselves. The location was very convenient, we had an amazing view of the lighthouse from our window, and the room was truly lovely (clean, bright, and airy). We highly recommend!

Beautiful view but quite run-down
Our room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the harbour, however, we were disappointed by the general condition of the room, especially the shower room. Instead of being tiled, it’s painted, so the paint is bubbling and coming off the walls, the soap dispenser was barely clinging on, and there was a considerable amount of black mould accumulating in the shower itself where the paint was coming off. Strangely, there was also nothing holding the shower head to the wall either, so you had to hold it the entire time. The housekeeper was wonderful though, she made sure we had fresh filtered water and clean towels everyday.

Great hotel with an awesome sea-side view.
Our stay in Chania was great. Our room was on the 3rd floor and faced the sea. Just an awesome view. Right out our windows was the Venetian Harbor. Probably the best view we have ever had. Hotel was right in the middle of everything.

I loved how friendly the owner was. He helped with my luggage and also spoke Italian. The room is unique and beautiful with a comfortable and safe vibe. Highly recommended, would stay here again.

The ultimate Chania Harbour property. Sit on your balcony and take in the sunset, overlooking the wall. The staff were welcoming and supplied complimentary sparkling wine and sweet Raki. Excellent stay. Extremely firm bed.

Lousy maintenance condition. Shower head bracket is broken. Toilet seat loose. Many levels and stairs you trip on inside the room. Very basic, Noisy but good location. Bring ear plugs.

Situated where all the action is in the old town area. Steps to the ocean front, cafes and restaurants. Front office Manager Dimitrious was extremely helpful in advising and booking tours for me through the tour operator. The tour bus pick up and drop point is 5 mins walk from the hotel. There is a little gem of a cafe right next to the hotel entrance. The owner George is an amazing person full of life. Overall loved this place.

Stunning location in the old town. No direct taxi access. First time walking from bus station felt a little lost. But soon realised it was easy too find once familiar with local streets.Steep stairs to upper rooms. Bathroom required knowledge of a waltz to negotiate door, basin, shower and toilet. Would readily return.

Best hotel room in Chania!
Best hotel room in Chania! Beautiful clean and spacious room, wonderfully upkept when considering the building was probably built in the 14th Century! All the amenities are perfect! Tv, fridge, recently renovated and modern bathroom! Friendly and fast check in! Highly recommend!!

My room had a balcony that overlooked the port and it was fantastic! Clean room, romantic suite excellent shower pressure. Safe, right in the heart of the old port. Access to the touristy shops and restaurants yet easy to access tavernas a little bit inside. A few cons: we should have asked for porter service as taxis cannot access this hotel, they drop you off close to the main square. Housekeeping was very minimal daily unless you asked for full cleaning. However these were minute issues. Loved being in the heart of the city!
