"This property was one of the most impressive places we’ve stayed in. The room itself was gorgeous and spacious. It had the old time characteristics but with a contemporary feel. "This is truly THE place to stay in Chania, in my opinion. It's a very nice hotel, waterfront, amazing breakfast, great staff, walkable to tons of restaurants and shopping. SO FUN!! I didn't pay extra for the water view, but we had a side tiny patio with a water view if you look sideways. I really loved this hotel. We were starving when we arrived, and we were talked into eating at the restaurant right next to the hotel (the restaurant guy said they had amazing food - we weren't sure about that, but the beautiful waterfront tables were amazing). Well -- we had the BEST spaghetti bolognaise me and my sister have ever had. For $10 the serving was huge for both of us splitting. We actually went back the next night for more spaghetti. Great find!!!"
