Top Changuillo Hotel Reviews

Hotel Oro Viejo

10/10 Excellent

"We loved this place. And, it’s a three minute walk to the bus station."

Casa Andina Standard Nasca

10/10 Excellent

"Precio y servicios excelentes .100% Recomendado."

Bris Hotel

8/10 Good

"The Bris hotel is a little gem in Nazca. Very convenient and located only 50m from plaza de armas and the main streets where you can find lots of restaurants. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to use the pool even after checkout which was much appreciated especially before taking a bus for a long drive. One negative is the breakfast. It is limited. You don't have the choice. It is very simple: bread, jam, butter, coffee, a glass of fresh juice and the staff will ask you if you want eggs or not. Having traveled throughout Peru for 5 weeks and stayed at various hotels in the same category which offered buffet style breakfasts, we were a bit surprised. But apart from that the hotel is a nice place to stay in Nazca."

Hospedaje Yemaya

"La atención muy buena y aunque recién han empezado les sugiriera una piscina más adelante claro está me fascinó el desayuno tan excelente y riquísimo que nos preparó la sra madre de la dueña👏"

HOTEL AREQUIPA

8/10 Good

"The hotel was in a good location, close to intercity bus transportation and relatively close to the Nssca Main Plaza. Breakfast was good. However, some workers at the hotel were very helpful, whereas others were rather rude. The rooms needed some more cleaning, more towels, and did not provide any closet to hung up clothes."

Anccalla Inn

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great stay. Good property."

Don Agucho Hotel

DM Hoteles Nasca

10/10 Excellent

"Very nice property, clean spacious room, great water pressure and good quality wifi. The breakfast was amazing. We had a nice little back patio to our room so it was nice. The pool looks great although we didn’t have time to enjoy it . Staff were helpful."

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Changuillo?

The best area to stay in Changuillo is generally within the main village itself, or in the immediate surroundings, as this ensures convenience and access to local amenities. The main village of Changuillo is relatively small and spread out, with its central area often defined by the main square, Plaza de Armas, and the surrounding streets like Calle Bolognesi and Calle San Martín. These streets typically host local eateries, small shops, and the occasional guesthouse. It's a quiet, agricultural community, so the focus isn't on bustling city life but rather a relaxed, rural experience.Couples looking for a peaceful escape will find the village centre appealing. Staying here offers easy access to local life, such as the Sunday market or the chance to observe daily routines. It's an opportunity to experience a more authentic side of the Ica Region, away from larger tourist hubs. For those interested in exploring the surrounding agricultural landscape or visiting nearby vineyards, accommodation just outside the main village can be a good option.
