Too Old Residential PLace and Not Good Decorations

Very disappointed with the price that we have paid for it.....we should stay near to the city and more convenient to be in the city then.

Big old 4 star hotel in the suburb

Posted 06-Jan-2014 on Hotels
This is a large hotel located in the suburbs if Chiang Mai. It probably still need some renovation especially in the common area. However our rooms were comfortable and probably recently revamped. The breakfast area needs more intimacy rather than this big and noisy ballroom

Away from Hustle and Bustle

Posted 27-Nov-2013 on Hotels
The Khum Phucome is located very near (15 min walk) the trendier Nimmanhaemin Road with a huge array of bars, restuarants and shops. It is a 15 minute tuk tuk ride into central Chaing Mai and also a 5 minute walk away from the University where the main tours commence to the nearby temple. The hotel is large, clean, has a nice swimming pool. Breakfast choice is large but tends to err more on the side of traditional thai breakfast. All in all an excellent hotel in a good location.
