I hardly ever write a negative review because my gran taught me "If you don't have anything nice to say..." But I feel people need to be warned about how uncomfortable this place is. The multi-bed rooms are SO small, and the management appears to fill each bed before opening other rooms. My 4-bed room was full and the other occupants were already in bed when I came back from the theatre, which made it extremely awkward to get situated (find phone charger, charge phone, reshuffle luggage, etc.) while trying not to disturb anyone out of common courtesy. The design of these rooms really only suits close families or people who don't care whether they disturb or annoy other people. Basically, it promotes, rudeness.
The bunk bed made noise every time I moved.
The hallways all smelled like bathroom cake. The branding is given priority over any signs showing where the bathrooms are. I was asked by someone staying there where the toilets were, and I couldn't provide an answer until I had wandered around. If the bathrooms and showers aren't en suite, there ought to be signs in every hallway indicating where they are.
The bathroom itself was hard to use, as someone had knocked the entire soap dispenser and all the liquid soap onto the floor. Gross. At least the soap dispenser had trendy, branding quips printed on it.... The sinks were small, too few, and too close together.
All in all, staying here was completelydemoralizing. Industrial, factory farmish, zero class. Avoid.
