Shower was broken and spraying water everywhere, air conditioner wasn’t cooling the room and the phone didn’t work. Needs an update really badly

Friendly service, clean. The breakfast was the only thing that was not good - there was hair in the eggs and we went elsewhere for breakfast for the rest of our stay.

When you have groups of kids going to be there try to keep them away form guest who do not have kids, to many kids were running up and down the hall when we were there to hunt for a house and did not get much sleep called down to the desk nothing got done.

During MLB Season 2-22 to 3-31, the entire city and county of Maricopa is busy with Sports Groups, not just our hotel. This is our Peak Season, and hotels are SOLD OUT. However, we do have front desk staff available 24 hrs. that may contact guestrooms, if rooms are provided so we can contact the coaches and/or parents. We apologize for your inconvenience.
