Staff was kind & helpful (front desk) but the rooms were not impressive. The first room I had been assigned had some furniture that was dirty, the toilet was not 100% clean (gross) and the arm on the desk chair was broken. Requested a new room which took care of all of this. One key to room stopped working. Great service but a disappointing experience.

As usual, Confort Inn properties are an excellent value for the money. The staff was very helpful and courteous. My only issue was the closet was a little small so if I had been traveling with my wife we would have run a little short of space. This is not a complaint but only an observation. I have stayed at this location in the past and will gladly stay again the next time I'm in the the Phienix area.

The only major problems were: lack of hot water for showering (never got warmer than tepid) and the doors--they slammed shut on their own, very loudly. Hard to take a nap with intermittent loud door slams. Staff were great, and baked cookies in the afternoon!

The direction of Hot is the Cold and the Cold is the Hot. The hotel was built with this error, and we have documented this for the convenience of Front Desk to convey to the guest in this room. We are required to have self closing doors by the health and safety codes. Sometimes, there are guests, who are not aware of the aftermath of noise created. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good, however breakfast room was small and crowded with too many tables for room.

Very small rooms and especially the bathroom. Breakfast area was way to small and food selection wasn't the best. Some of the equipment worked poorly i.e. the toaster for one.

Pleasant, overall clean hotel. Nothing fancy but perfect for what we needed. All the staff was very nice and welcoming.
