Cons: lower price
Location: Convenient, good location
good breakfast friendly staff good toiletry, non-China bad, chemical that damages your body price is high if there is no Expedia deal convenient location

Hotel staff were very helpful. Had trouble getting an Uber to the airport and their help was invaluable.

Nice Hotel near the Interstate

Pros: Clean, comfortable rooms, good hot breakfast
Cons: nothing in particular
Location: Outlet mall,
This hotel is situated in an area that is convenient to the interstate and to the shopping mall. I booked this room through the Thanksgiving holiday and found that they were quite a bit less expensive than similar hotels nearby, but they offered the same amenities for less money. the rooms were large and comfortable, clean and well maintained. the front desk staff always said hello when we walked by. they offered a terrific hot breakfast in the morning and the coffee was really good. I recommend this hotel over others in the area because they are a good value.

This hotel refuses to refund although we never showed up for our room because of a security closure from our airport. Horrible customer service. Sometimes understanding is more important than money and policy. There are exceptions to some rules.

Due to this reservation being a same day reservation, there are "No Cancellations or Refunds". The (2) separate notes on the reservation say a late arrival after midnight. Pros: The breakfast In the morning was great. Not just your typical continental breakfast. Very good.
Location: Shopping malls, eateries within a mile of the hotel. Casino within just a few miles. Nice if you win, too close if you lose.
Flew in for the NASCAR race. About 35 minute drive to the track, very easy straight out I10. Hotel lobby very nice and clean. Room was good, not what I expected based on the expedia website but was nice. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was bad . A cold rubber looking egg. The banana was way past pull time. The printer to use to get your boarding pass didn't work. Ask the night clerk to help use check in he said nope. Go use the computer and send me a e-mail then he would print it. He was busy playing on he phone.

hidden fees

was impressed by ad campaign "Baba book, bada boom, so I decided to book at comfort inn this trip. never again. was told at checkout that I would be charged an extra $3 per night over and above charges billed by Expedia. it's not the $3. its that it was hidden until checkout

Very clean room, nice free breakfast. Just wish it had a restaurant and bar. But stay was very pleasant.
