STAY AWAY!

I booked this hotel because it had 4.2 rating. The pictures are deceiving, the rooms are incredibly small. There was hair on the floor and in the shower and on the bathroom walls. The smell, once you walk down the hallway, reminded me of a retirement home, or something musty. I stayed on the first floor and there was one light in the back corner of the room by the window, the other lights came from lamps. It was pretty dark in there and the ac is weak. The bed was uncomfortable, the breakfast was mediocre at best and forget trying to use their wifi. It doesn't work it is incredibly slow at all hours of the day and there is a sign in the room saying not to call front desk about wifi issues. Complete waste of over $700 for 10 days and I ended up staying with a friend because I was so unsatisfied with the hotel and the fact I could not get my money back. Would never reccomend this hotel to anyone, STAY AWAY!

I personally, contacted you, and spoke with you on the phone, there was no mention of these statements at that time, only about the wi-fi and AC. Your comments are acknowledged. You were welcome to check out at any time during your 10 days, we would have worked with your payment and refund. In addition, we did not service your room, due to continues days of DND. The people who worked here were very friendly and helpful. Even went out of their way to call me when I left something important in the room.

Pet friendly, but…

Comfortable bed, nice breakfast, and they are pet friendly. However, the carpet was worn and dirty. They shoyld use the $20/night pet fee to clean or replace it.

You Get What You Pay For. I Won't Go Back!

No one was present at the front desk for over 30 minutes at check in. The lobby restrooms were out of service. The carpet in the room was filthy and soiled.

Great place

Pros: Very easy to access, come and go as you please but also if you needed anything someone was always there to help.
Cons: Have a variety of different types of pillows; some super soft and some firm. All of the ones I had were super soft and I needed to pile them together.
Location: It is tucked back away from the main road which was nice for less traffic noise. Easy access to food, gas, coffee and the major freeways. Shops close.
Very friendly staff and very comfortable place. Great features and access to a lot of comforts and not far away from shops or access to necessities. I loved the breakfast bar every morning of my stay it was top notch!
