Pros: The breakfast In the morning was great. Not just your typical continental breakfast. Very good.
Location: Shopping malls, eateries within a mile of the hotel. Casino within just a few miles. Nice if you win, too close if you lose.
Flew in for the NASCAR race. About 35 minute drive to the track, very easy straight out I10. Hotel lobby very nice and clean. Room was good, not what I expected based on the expedia website but was nice. Would definitely stay again.

Problems with room Paint flakes in bathtub electrical outlets did not work not enough check in help.

The breakfast was bad . A cold rubber looking egg. The banana was way past pull time. The printer to use to get your boarding pass didn't work. Ask the night clerk to help use check in he said nope. Go use the computer and send me a e-mail then he would print it. He was busy playing on he phone.

hidden fees

was impressed by ad campaign "Baba book, bada boom, so I decided to book at comfort inn this trip. never again. was told at checkout that I would be charged an extra $3 per night over and above charges billed by Expedia. it's not the $3. its that it was hidden until checkout

Nice hotel

Very clean room, nice free breakfast. Just wish it had a restaurant and bar. But stay was very pleasant.

Except for the half-eaten cookie on the floor next to our bed on our first night there, our room was kept very clean (it wasn't even a cookie that was offered at the front desk, it was a Keebler fudge stripe cookie!). Our housekeeper was very accommodating and sweet. The front desk staff during the day were wonderful, very helpful in giving directions and suggesting places to eat. However, the evening front desk clerk, a young man, spent most of his time outside with his friend in the smoking area and not manning the front desk. Overall, our stay at the Comfort Inn was a great experience. We were in Chandler, Arizona for our youngest son's wedding.

Great Location-- but space is a real squeeze!

Overall the Chandler Comfort Inn was terrific for the price. Clean & modern with a super-friendly, helpful staff. My experience deals with a handicapped room I stayed in with my sister who uses a mobility scooter. Apparently this room was a standard king room modified to meet ADA requirements. Because the bathroom was enlarged to allow for a roll-in shower, the rest of the bedroom shrank. My sister could barely drive to the far side of the room between the bed and TV console. She kept her cart there and used the desk chair (on rollers) to sit in. I had about 2 feet from the wall on my side of the bed and no chair at all. I usually went in sideways!! Needless to say, we spent as little time in the room as possible. Very crowded for two people...actually cramped even for one! The staff made up for a lot with their humor and support. They are one of the nicest groups I have ever encountered. Also want to mention that the breakfast room is also quite crowded. This hotel had a lot of guests and traffic in there was very crowded. The tables look like they are made to fit two chairs but actually have four around them. Navigating this space with a cart (or even on foot) is challenging. My sense is that this room should be expanded. Not sure they can do this, but is really tight in there.
