This hotel is a good value for money option and is located right opposite the Sec 17 bus stand, which is a nice central location. The staff is quite helpful. Complimentary water bottles would be a nice addition. One of our rooms got the bed made while we were out, but the other didn't. Not sure if that was because we took the keys to our room with us, but usually hotels have a duplicate key anyway, so I'd expect them to make the bed while we are out. Breakfast was yummy with tandoori aloo paranthas. The bathrooms are decent, but could use a little fixing of water leakage/drainage/flow issues. I think the hotel doesn't have any lifts, but the staff will eagerly help you with luggage. The room has ac and heating. Overall, a good stay.
Tip: Call them a day earlier if you'd like the room with a bathtub (only *some* of the Luxury rooms have it).
