The break was amazing along with the staff serving it. The room window was quite dirty. The toiletries were not available in washroom and my partner had to ask for them and they took their own sweet time to bring those.

Not at all good..!
We stayed here as we just had to spend the night. Room was stinking... extremely small rooms... in the corridor outside the rooms place had a specific smell. Would never stay or recommend anyone.

Exceptional hotel and function facilities
I was visiting from the US and staying here for an event. Every single member of staff, all the way to Mr. Babu, were phenomenal in their service and were constantly striving to make our stay excellent. The event was also handled in a wonderful manner, with some of the tastiest food I have had in Chandigarh and a level of service and attention to detail that is unmatched. I can't recommend Hometel enough and I thank them so much for their exceptional service and their constant aide in making sure everything went off without a hitch. I will definitely stay here anytime I am in Chandigarh!

Fantastic staff
I was most impressed with all aspects of this hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent.. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Nice hotel, better inside than out
This was a lovely hotel. The staff there are very kind and friendly and willing to help in any way. The only downside of the hotel is its location as the surrounding area is quite industrial but having said that and having spoken to the sales manager there it appears to be quite safe and there is a nice mall close to the hotel although I didn't get a chance to visit.

Outside Central Chandigargh but close to new mall
Stayed three nights,Good value fro money.all round clean and tidy,staff very friendly ,good wi fi connection .Good breakfast and excellent shopping/cinema,bar in new mall 8 mins walk .Do request pick and drop if required from train station.

Comfortable Stay
Good hotel. Had a comfortable stay. Though the front office staff could be bit more efficient. The security guy was proactive and provided a map of C'gah which was comfortable to understand the topography and plan your travel. Nice gesture. The breakfast buffet requires bit of attention.

Second Time Around
Hotel is still good but as time ticks on wear and tear kicks in! Great service at breakfast but the toaster had had its day now .... Time to invest in a new one !!! Need to stay fresh to keep up with new competition !!

Out of 3 days stay, for two days, there was no net work connection due to a blown router! It took two days to replace the blown unit!
