Located on the raised ground floor, it comprises a pretty living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). The accommodation comprises \- A living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area... \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- A bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed \- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) \- A bathroom with bath \- Separate WC Outside : \- An 11 m² south-facing terrace to make the most of the sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment.
