I was expecting better, as I have stayed at Warwick properties before. The staff seemed non-plussed to have us there. While we did arrive early in the day and our room was ready, when we got to the room, the deadbolt was exceptionally difficult to lock because of damage to the door frame. When we came back after our day, we simply wanted to order some food from the in-room-dining menu. We were told that they were “out of hamburgers” after they came up to the room as the phone was not working for incoming calls to the room. Other items were also not available, and we were left with a choice of a chicken wrap, which my wife had, and a club sandwich, which I opted for. The food arrived and was ok, certainly nothing to write home about. I awoke around 2 in the morning with what could only have been food poisoning from my meal, and ended up having a wasted day in the room trying to recover, causing us to miss our booked tour of the Eiffel Tower. When we checked out, the staff again seemed to have little interest in much other than collecting the charges to the room. I could have mentioned these things at the time, but as we already felt like an inconvenience to the staff, we chose to simply go on our way. Will not be staying here again or recommending this property to any friends or family.
