Great, friendly and helpful staff, but they have to check the rooms before every check in. Our room had lot of problems: the safe and the phone wasn’t working, no electrical plugs near the bed, the toilet was bed smelling, the make up mirror was above the bidet, and the bathtub was very high.

I had a very bad experience checking in in a room smells paint ( newly painted ) then other room already occupied with another guest then 3rd room with not working air condition then suddenly the only one who cared one of the staff ( paul in the reception ) he was very good and handled everything i really appreciate his effort

I was expecting better, as I have stayed at Warwick properties before. The staff seemed non-plussed to have us there. While we did arrive early in the day and our room was ready, when we got to the room, the deadbolt was exceptionally difficult to lock because of damage to the door frame. When we came back after our day, we simply wanted to order some food from the in-room-dining menu. We were told that they were “out of hamburgers” after they came up to the room as the phone was not working for incoming calls to the room. Other items were also not available, and we were left with a choice of a chicken wrap, which my wife had, and a club sandwich, which I opted for. The food arrived and was ok, certainly nothing to write home about. I awoke around 2 in the morning with what could only have been food poisoning from my meal, and ended up having a wasted day in the room trying to recover, causing us to miss our booked tour of the Eiffel Tower. When we checked out, the staff again seemed to have little interest in much other than collecting the charges to the room. I could have mentioned these things at the time, but as we already felt like an inconvenience to the staff, we chose to simply go on our way. Will not be staying here again or recommending this property to any friends or family.

The Warwick paris has outstanding staff service and maintain a high level of cleanliness. The hotel is in a prime location being that it’s almost directly on champs-eléesys and a very short walk to the George V metro station where you can easily get around to most places in Paris. The hotel room was very nice and spacious. The only thing I would mention is some parts of the room were a bit dated but this is not a big deal in my opinion.

The property was ok. It is not a four star hotel. The property was small, the bar and lobby were small. The room was very small. There were ants and gnats in the room. The property was outdated. The staff were kind and helpful. It’s ok for a short stay. I would not stay again.

The property looks and feels dated, belongs in the 70s, carpet old, etc. Or from looked nothing like the pictures in the website, toiletries were different than shown, staff not responsive. They took out luggage at check in, waited 20 minutes still not delivered, called downstairs nobody answered, went down got luggage and came up, overall not worth the over 400 a night thru charged .disappointed

Large room, nice design with inner bedroom behind wall closets for more privacy from deliveries. Balcony was huge and very nice. Friendly service and English TV stations available. Room service was also very nice. Very comfortable bed and daily cleaning without have to request it!

Disappointing front desk service.
The hotel itself was very nice, location fantastic, but the desk service was not good. Although the people were friendly, it took us 1-1/2 hours to get a room (even though we arrived after check in time.) In fairness, they did give us a free drink. When we finally got to the room, someone was already in it! The concierge service failed to call back regarding a dinner reservation and failed to order a taxi for the requested time. The key card system is very bad; we had to go back to the front desk 3 times to get a new card.

Location was very convenient and the staff was excellent. We had 4 of us and booked at the same time. Our other party's room was very nice, larger and had a huge outdoor patio overlooking the street. Our room for the same price overlooked an interior area with grass, was smaller and had no view. When we saw it we tried to get moved but nothing was available. he other issue was late at night there is a club a few doors down and the music was so loud after midnights\ we had to call the staff. Otherwise it was a very nice property.

Excellent Hotel with attentive Staff and in a great location. 30 min walk to Louvre in one direction and Eiffel Tower in another. Lots of Cafe/Bar/Restaurants within 1-10 min walk. And of course great shopping on the Champs Elysees near to the Arc de Triomphe.

An average hotel. Saw it was my wifes birthday but didn't do anything special until almost begged. Not somewhere i would recommend. Location is great though. Rooms need refurbishments mould bathroom. Very odd location of the bideh!

We stayed for 3 nights, customer service is terrible the lady at the reception couldn’t even smile. I must say the concierge was the best person to deal with. Ordering something to drink at the bar was a challenge as we had to wait 30 minutes and ask around if there is anyone available to serve us.The location is good and interparking next to the hotel was very convenient and safe to park in. Luckily, the air condition was working fine in our room but few people had problems in their rooms. Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again and I’d recommend for the staff to get a proper training on how to deal with customers.

It was a nice hotel to stay comfortable bed and clean rooms. They have a great breakfast buffet with great food quality. The staff are nice and as far as location it is great just 5 minutes walk to Arc de Triomphe.

Very good for the location and price but standard
The hotel is very conveniently situated and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large for Europe and comfortable. The bathroom was very large with a very nice tub. It also had a nice balcony with a table and chairs. This always sounds nice but we didn't get to use it. The furnishings are a bit dated. The TV is kind of small and the cable connection had a lot of interference.

The worst place
The room was dirty, the bathrooms was disgusting, the shower wasn't working , the sink was blocked, overral the worst place you can imagine for staying
