We love the room layout with a sectional at one end so one person can watch tv while the other rests. We stay here a few times a year to visit family. Loved the access to the lounge next door. The breakfast buffet is very good. Our favorite gravy for the biscuits!

I loved everything about our stay but the bathroom needs a little TLC!! The bathroom door needs to be updated and replaced. The shower head needs to be replaced. Otherwise it was an amazing stay!!

Our only issue was our toilet would not flush. We called maintenance and they fixed it temporarily but, then it was back to not working. Paying $600 for two nights, I expect the toilet to be working. Going to the lobby when we had to use the restroom was not ideal.

Receptionist was extremely rude at check in, pool hasn’t been available for the past year, refrigerator didn’t work, hair dryer didn’t work, both were replaced quickly though and maintenance crew very friendly. Area around hotel had plenty of options for dining and entertainment within walking distance

The staff was very accommodating in getting adjoining rooms that were clean, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of items. We will book there again in the future.

Pros: The hotel itself is clean. You can tell that housekeeping is a priority. Internet access, which is expected. 24hr gym/workout room. They also advertise a pool, but did not use nor see it. There is a breakfast bar, 7-10am. Cons: No smart TVs, just basic cable, which was disappointing. Had to pay $10 for parking. Observed a few unruly guests who appeared to be well known and/or on a personal basis by staff at the front desk. These same guests in two carloads followed closely behind my car while passing under the parking garage barrier gate to prevent from paying themselves. If you’re going to charge parking, create a system or have a facility that doesn’t allow others to fraudulently exploit it. These guests appeared to frequent the hotel and something tells me by how seamless it was done that it’s something they do often.

Our hotel of choice
We just stayed one night and weren’t in the hotel for long. We’ve stayed before and it’s always good. Nice room, comfortable bed and pleasant staff make us come back. Love the coffee in the lobby all of the time and the breakfast in the morning has many good selections.

Short stay for dropping off student
Great check in experience and nice room! Quite clean, and modern decor. Room was a little cold even though we had the heat set high and light from the hallway, under the door, lit up the room. Otherwise, it was comfortable.
