Magnificent chalet with balcony

Located in Champagny-en-Vanoise, this 5 bedroom apartment is pacious for a large group of 11 guests or families to enjoy a vacation near the ski area. It has an electric heating and a balcony offering magnificent views of the village and valley.Ski lovers can head to the Paradiski ski area. At 100 m you can find shops and restaurants of Champagny-en-Vanoise. With activities like golf or climbing or white water rafting you will not have an idle moment here.The home comes with a modern kitchen having oven, microwave, and dish washer. Bedrooms are spacious and 2 bedrooms come with attached bathroom. You can enjoy a warm atmosphere inside because of the electric heating. Living room is the perfect place to gather and watch the TV or enjoy a movie. There is provision for ski storage and free WiFi.

séjour très agréable

chalet bien équipé pour familles nombreuses, cuisine fonctionnelle, belle pièce à vivre confortable et agréable avec vue sur la vallée et la montagne. Un point négatif : les chambres petites et sans vue ( 1 chambre sans fenêtre, 3 avec fenêtre sans vue et donc très sombres).

Très bel appartement spacieux très confortable et très bien équipé. Près du village et de tous les commerces et bien que proches d'immeubles et de maisons très calme.

het ontvangst van mevr. Dufour was hartelijk. gelukkig sprak ze een beetje engels waardoor de communicatie goed liep. het uitzicht vanuit het huis was schitterend!! De ligging van het huis was prima. Om dingen te doen, kabelbaan is naast het huisje. Verder even lopend naar een winkel, bakker, restaurants enz.

Het was even wennen om bij zomerse temperaturen binnen te stappen in een echt wintersportchalet. De schaatsen hingen aan het plafond en overal winterse taferelen, terwijl het buiten tussen de 25 en 30 graden was. Het huis was prachtig en volledig ingericht voor 12 volwassenen. Ook het uitzicht bleef ons verwonderen. Jammer dat de zon pas om 13.00u op het balkon kwam en om klokslag 18.30u weer achter de berg verdween. De nachten waren fris, maar in zo'n luxe chalet is dat geen enkel probleem. Zowel te voet als met een lift was het dorp Champagny en Vanoise snel te bereiken. De kabelbaan de berg op nemen en te voet terug is een aanrader. Heel bijzonder om water uit de rotsen te zien sijpelen en al snel een waterval te zien vormen. Een week was voor ons wel lang genoeg met het oog op beperkte activiteiten in de buurt. Goed om te weten dat de winkels in het hoogseizoen dicht zijn in Albertville op zondag en maandag. De beheerster van het chalet is ontzettend vriendelijk en spontaan en alles was keurig in orde. Een prachtig vakantiehuis in een schitterende omgeving. Wie houdt van wandelen en rust zal het hier heerlijk vinden.

Fijne vakantie gehad. Chalet met zalig balkon vanwaar je de skilift en de piste goed ziet liggen. Ideale uitvalbasis voor skiers. In het dorp valt wel weinig te beleven voor niet-skiers. De chalet was netjes en sober maar goed ingericht. Klein maar proper sanitair. Ruim voldoende ruimte en materiaal voor 11 personen.
