"Staff were very nice. However the room was more bare bones than other comparable hotels and the floor smelled pretty bad. The toilet was stained (likely just hard water, but not a great look) and one of the "clean" towels had hair on it. The curtains barely blocked out outside light and the sheets were thinner than normal. They also don't include toiletries other than bar soap, so make sure to bring shampoo and conditioner, etc. "

"A Wonderful Stay for Our Family We had an amazing experience at the Best Western St. Louis Airport North Hotel & Suites. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming (Thanks Deirdre). The breakfast offered plenty of great options, which made mornings easy for our family. Both of our rooms were spotless — I checked everything — and everything worked perfectly, including the TV. There was also plenty of parking space outside, which was very convenient. A special thanks to the Parmar family for their excellent management and hospitality. They truly made our stay feel comfortable and cared for. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip. A great experience all around for a family. Thanks, Rakesh from WI."

"The food was great and the people at the front desk seem nice. My room was terrible. The mini fridge would make a loud noise and shake the entire dresser/desk that is under the tv. It would wake the people I was with and I multiple times overnight. We told the front desk and he knew about it and told us he would come change it and never did. The paint in the tub was chipping off when we showered. And there was no comforter on our bed. We had to sleep with a flat sheet and a top sheet. But breakfast was great!!!!!!!!!! "

"We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, the home was not as pictured in the listing and was clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival.There were dirty towels and linens left on the floors, wet and soiled towels in the bathtub, hair all over the sinks, and dirty dishes left inside the dishwasher. The overall condition of the home did not reflect the photos advertised online.Additionally, the listing stated there was one king bed and one queen bed. This was inaccurate. The master bedroom had a queen bed, and the second bedroom had a full-size bed. We specifically chose this property to accommodate our family size, as we were traveling with two small children and two older kids. Unfortunately, the bed in the older kids’ room was broken, so the pull-out option was unusable.Several closet doors were also broken, and the home was not decorated as shown in the listing photos.After driving six hours with two infants and two children, we arrived to these conditions and immediately contacted the host. We were offered a free night and to have cleaners come the following day. However, waiting until the next day for cleaning was not a reasonable solution given that we still had to sleep there that night.As a result, we had to spend over 200 out of pocket on cleaning supplies, linens, pillows, and towels for all eight of us.I would strongly encourage future guests to confirm sleeping arrangements and cleanliness expectations prior to arrival. "
