The apartment is located on the sunny side of the Chamonix Valley, in a quiet neighborhood on its own grounds. The gondola to the Brevent and Flegere mountain areas is 50 meters from the end of the drive. The very center of Chamonix is a 5-minute walk away.

The Chamonix Valley bus stops opposite the driveway and the apartment includes secure undercover parking. There is also a dedicated bicycle storage area.
