We generally enjoyed our stay! 4.5 overall. Grounds and beach: 5/5 Room: 5 we had an ocean view suite and it was fabulous - #3422 Staff: 5 (Efren at Divum was an absolute delight!) Food: Divum: 5, everywhere else 4 - 4.5 Music: 1 Terrible techno music near the pool in afternoons that I suspect few of the guests actually liked, otherwise 5 earlier in day Activities: 3. Wished they offered yoga daily. The rental system at the beach was limited/overprices/unclear. If you’re into being active, the resort is fairly limited- no tennis/pickleball courts, No lap pool, etc.

This is the eighth visit to Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta. We love the friendly atmosphere and comfort here. The entire staff helps you feel comfortable from the first steps to the reception until the last minute of your stay. We were there for 10 days and felt the attention of the staff the entire time. Darcy Bravo from Chula Vista managed to pay attention to all visitors and with other issues such as transportation to the airport. Thank you, very professional. Ernesto- Food Manager really wants to make the best food on the coast and listens to all customer opinions. Hugo and James from Cavicheria do an excellent professional job. Diego at the Italian restaurant is professional and polite. Antonio, Jessica, Ignacio, Rafael from Sonne Club try to make clients happy. All employees do a good job. Thank you everyone, we will definitely be back in December. Alexei

Pools close at 8pm and they stop serving liquor at midnight so keep that in mind. The pools are amazing and you’re very close to the beach. Staff are absolutely wonderful and attentive. Not the biggest selection of buffet options but good nonetheless. Make sure to book reservations at the restaurants on the first day as some are only open certain days if you want to try them all.
