Very Disappointing
I have stayed at this hotel many times - however over the years the price has increased rapidly, while the services have reduced rapidly. This time - the hotel obviously could not cope with a large number of people at breakfast, Everything had run out and the were too slow to replenish. So I left having just had a coffee and fruit juice!

Summer Saturday night perfect
We had a room overlooking the lovely town square in which there was a free jazz concert . Apparently this occurs every Saturday night in the summer . It was quite afterwards so we slept well . Lovely town center . A little further than the highway than expected . Will come again . I would ask for a room facing the town center or above the 2nd floor as the first floor rear room with a window open could be accessed .

Great value for money
A great hotel, located in the centre of town as well as with parking opportunity. The positive experience with staff was ongoing and they were all helpful from parking to providing information about the town. The rooms are clean and functional. Breakfast was really good and the coffee was lovely. Great value for money.

Good, well located hotel.
An excellent place in which to break our journey from Provence to the Cannel Tunnel. The hotel is well placed in the centre of town with many restaurants close by.

Great location with underground parking so you can leave your car and walk around the city. Adequate breakfast and nice courtyard to sit outside in the evening or morning at breakfast.

Ibis Styles is right in the heart of the main dining & entertainment square in Chalons. It’s perfectly located without being noisy. The breakfast was excellent & it so handy being able to grab croissants, coffee & tea any time throughout the day. The staff were lovely & helpful.

We stayed here for a one-night stop on our way back from Provence. Centrally located with own underground parking. Cheerfully decorated with bright colours. Small wardrobe and no safe deposit box. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Decent Wifi but not password secured Good but limited European breakfast Good service

Pleasant central hotel
The hotel is wonderfully situated in the central district with many attractions within walking distance. Our room was clean and modern with a very comfortable bed and pillows. A good continental breakfast was provided. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect for an overnight stop!
Travelling from Lake Como to Calais, we needed somewhere to stop overnight. On our journey from Calais, we’d stopped in Obernai, but knew this was a little early for our return journey. We wanted to stay in a town, rather than a hotel on the outskirts or just off the motorway - somewhere with character and ideally with restaurants close by to eat. After searching around Metz and Nancy, we looked a little further and struck upon this hotel. Reviews were positive and how accurate they were. From the moment we pulled up outside - free parking overnight, to the welcome in reception, we knew this would be a positive experience. The room was lovely - clean and cool. Great lighting, comfy bed, fantastic television (with BBC if you fancied British television) - the room was just what we needed. We slept well and breakfast the next morning was just as pleasing. Freshly squeezed orange juice, great coffee - little touches like the kitchenaid toaster - the kettle to make your own coffee throughout the day and night. We couldn’t have asked for more. To top things, the restaurant next door, overlooking the square, was the perfect place to enjoy a meal (we arrived late - 9pm) - the last of our holiday. I’d definitely stay here again!

Fairly characterless hotel, but good location in the main square. Secure underground car park. Rooms clean and tidy. nothing bad but no reason to return - fairly pricey at £90?
