We stayed in both the Superior Quadruple Room and Superior Double Room across 3 nights, and they were both lovely. The Double room felt like it was a bit newer/cleaner, with plush tatami, while the Quadruple room was amazing but felt a bit worn out with one of the Japanese seating pillows having a really faint smell of urine? Their curtains are quite old with little holes throughout. They provide tea sets in the rooms, and give 7-Eleven vouchers (located upstairs above the hotel reception) for each night you're staying. We tried their hotel dinner set one night and it was also really good. As for noise, you can hear neighbouring rooms very easily but the main reception area with heaps of visitors can't be heard."
