The property is beautiful, and well located. The rooms and bathrooms are exceptionally large. The breakfast is outstanding.

Despite being an old construction, the hotel is very well preserved. The staff is very cordial and friendly. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel and its restaurants are not either. The breakfast buffet for $35 dollars is too expensive for what is offered.

The service is excellent. All the staff members were amazing. Food was great at the hotel also. The hotel is in perfect location, walking distance to beautiful park, top notch restaurants and wine shops. Mendoza is a beautiful city. We stayed at this hotel twice and it didn’t disappoint.

Good location with excellent dining options within walking distance. The hotel staff were very courteous and professional, overall a good place to stay. If I have to mention something that needs improvement it would be the pool furniture that it is old and decaying.

Best HQ for exploring Mendoza
We stayed a total of 4 nights and would definitely return. Service was great all around but especially at the hotel bar with Federico and Augustin making high class cocktails. They are very talented. The bathroom was spacious and included a nice tub and very big shower. It's perfectly located in the center of town which is very convenient

The hotel is definitely showing signs of aging. It is time for an update. Carpet worn in the room. Room decor is aged. Some staff were great, and others no so attentive. I went for a drink my last night at the outside bar, and I waited 15 minutes for someone to help me with a drink. I gave up. On the other hand, the wine sommelier (Marcia) in the main restaurant was very helpful and arranged a tasting for me. She is amazing. The price (over $500) for a night in this hotel is not worth the value.
