A bad start, but it (kinda) recovered. Overall it’s fine, just showing it’s age. Fine for an overnight or two, as walking in Ceuta is key, and this hotel is well placed.
The hotel is perfect and is a great spot for Ceuta, the rooms that were allocated at the end weren’t that great we had the parking view, but overall. Pleasant stay the pool is amazing and the lifeguard was so friendly as was the gentleman that came on late was a really nice man.
Staff was absolutely great. Mildred was outstanding. She made our time wonderful. Thanks Mildred !!

The service was appallingly rude. No one smiled and acted like it was an inconvenience for them to be working.
Wifi would only work on one device at a time and to use the tv you needed it connected to a device.
No effort to help.
The hotel itself is ok but needs an update but the staff make this one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Dear Lucia
Firstly I would like to thank you for taking the time to respond to our survey in relation to your stay at the Parador de Ceuta .
It is important for us to learn from your experience so we can improve the quality of our services for guests in order to offer you the best possible Paradores experience.
We are very sorry your comment about the staff of the Parador it is very nice and friendly and always ready to help at any needs to the client. The staff is one the highest scoring of satisfaction by our clients.
The wifi system was renovated recently and normally work perfectly and it works independently of the television.
Kind regards. Jesus López – Manager
We visited overnight as part of a longer trip. The hotel is older but very clean and beautiful. Breathtaking views and a very walkable location. We walked from the heliport in about 20 minutes and the walk from the cruise port is only about 5-10 mins. Lots of shopping and dining close by and a beautiful beach is less than a 5 min walk.
We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

Not bad
Central location with easy access to the town and the port. Public rooms nice but bedrooms in poor condition .
Great location. The hotel is close to the beach and many stores and restaurants. Wonderful pool. Look forward to returning.

Dear client.
Thank you very much for sending your opnion about your experience of your recent stay at the Parador Hotel la Muralla in Ceuta and we are happy that you have enjoyed it.. We hope you to receive your in the future,
Kind regards. Jesus López – Manager
This was a very comfortable hotel, better than we expected. There was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers in the shower and a couple English TV stations would be nice. Other than that it is in a great location, parking is free in a city where parking can be quite a challenge. We will probably stay there again.
The only thing I would say was great was the location.. not far from anywhere in Ceuta. The very dated and in need of a refurbishment .. It reminded me of a hotel from the 70s. The staff were generally pleasant but did not go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The tv lacked english language channels and the balcony was a good addition if only the doors would closed properly and not made of single glass which made them very flimsy.
When we checked in we were given a room with two single beds when we wanted a double. They said there were only 4 rooms with double bed IN THE WHOLE HOTEL of 200+ rooms!!!!!!!!!!! And we paid 15 Euros more for the two beds than the rooms with a double.
So just be aware that the information about the hotel was misleading in that you would think a hotel that size would have many more double beds.
they considered the room for our two children
especially woman in reception was kind for us
Parking area is good for us

Good location but tired hotel
The hotel is in a good location but at the moment they are digging up the street in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is in need of a complete refurbishment. I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a 4 star hotel with room actual keys and a big brass fob.

Dear Mr. Abdelatif. First of all we would like to express our sincere regret that your stay to this Parador od Ceuta was not altogether satisfactory and we grateful for yours comments that are very helpful to improve our service and facilities. We inform you that this hotel is very quiet if you had any noisy coming from other room you could have called to reception departament to inform. The showers are old but it woks perfecly. The button of the to actívate the shower is sometimes a little hard. Kind regards Jesús López Manager
While the receptionist was very friendly, we were shocked to find the room with two seperate beds!!
The hotel furnitures are really really old. The walls need serious paint and the bathroom too
Not going there again

Good location.
The hotel is pretty dated but the rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities. A good location and there is on site parking.
This hotel was located on the historical Royal Murals of Ceuta. While it is a bit outdated, it is beautiful. It's located near everything in Ceuta and the views from the hotel are breathtaking. We loved it so much we extended our stay there by a day.

Great location
This is a nice hotel with a great garden and pool. The location is ideal. Our room was built into the historic walls which is intriguing but made for a musty smell.

Great Hotel
This is a great Hotel. We stayed here for a small Family Trip.
I was not happy about the hotel at all. It was not even comparable to the most basic of motels in the United States. I recommend anyone going to Ceuta to stay at the Tryp Hotel instead.
The A/C leaked a puddle of water overnight righ into my suitcase...what a hassle to dry everything. The double bed is really the typical European two beds pushed together but they don't bother to change the comforter so why bother to push the beds together? Location is fine but worth less a night for it's age. The bars are empty until 1am in the surrounding area and the stores are closed on Sunday.
Friendly and close to everything, breakfast was good however, the coffee is a problem. Hope it will be better next time we go back. Nice hotel and lovely view. We loved it!
