The location is ideal to reach the most beautiful corners of central Italy. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Distances: Cetona with all kinds of shops 4 km away, Sarteano with spas 4 km, Chiusi (Etruscan Museum) with railway station and access to high-way 9 km away, Siena 90 km, the beautiful town of Orvieto 60 km, Montepulciano approx. 25 km, Florence (airport) 120 km, Rome (airport) 180 km.
