Nice 1-bedroom accommodation with plenty of room in the heart of the Pokolbin wine country. Amenities included a pool and some retail facilities on the property (General Store, Coffee Shop, Chocolate Shop, etc).
Great place to stay. Clean, accessible, close to the shops where you can buy all the hunter produce without going to all the individual cellar doors and shops.
Unique setting however the internet was not strong and could not be used in bedroom. Convenient location and great base to see the sights of hunter valley. Good value for money compared to other options in the area
We have stayed here 3 times now when coming to the hunter. Love the space of the cabin and the open areas surrounding perfect for kids to run around playing. The convenience of the cafe, shop, bottle shop and chocolate shops is amazing never have to travel far for necessities. Another convenience is Cessnock being 10min drive away! We love Pokolbin village and will definitely be staying here again in the future!
Like the cabins and the staff were so helpful and patient with us as we both have disabilities but parking lot needs more stones to stop wet dirt/sands in our cars from walking in the rain. Other than all good, will book again
Lovely little private apartment with view of the communal pool and garden. Microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates, towels, soaps all provided. Great central location for all sorts of outings.
We stayed in a king bed bungalow, the fourth with a super large living room included. Material available to make coffee and tea, good cleanliness, plenty of towels available. I also liked that there was an iron and hairdryer available. It was a good stay.
Good value stay in the middle of the Hunter. Place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very conveniently located - walking distance to winery and pub next door with a cafe and shops on site.
Well-maintained, really clean and tidy property with all of the amenities provided; centrally located and well-suited as a starting point to visit all the best spots nearby.
The unique thing about the property was that. The property was bigger than the standard cabin we once stayed in else were. It has got facilities probably good for the summer time. The tennis court is great. And again the accommodation for a family was comfortable and Spacious. And fully equipped kitchen etc
Amazing place - so close to all attractions but yet you feel no one around. The only issue i would say that did arise is when booking the homestead (230) there is a villa attached and shared same land around homestead all which was not advised in description- had an issue with the mum of three who wanted four adults and six teenagers to go to bed the same time as her young ones but also was ok to have her little ones run around outside our window early morning. We were there for the kings bday long weekend and really did not have to deal with this other family. When i brought this up with reception they were not to concerned and said yes this could happen. check if the villa is being used same time as anyone else as you won't be alone on this property.
This was my base for 3 nights while I was at a conference and was comfortable and quiet. I would gladly return and have no hesitation in recommending it to others
Great location with easy access to many wineries.
Would definitely stay there again

Disapointing
Not a great start to our weekend away.
We we were given the handicaped King Suite after booking months ago when there were standard rooms available, No vanity in the bathroom with the bathroom sink tap too long and water spilling on the floor when washing your hands and cleaning your teeth . The toilet had a intermittent flushing problem with my wife having to flush the the toilet at 5am with the water kettle. The beds and lounge were comfortable but that is about it. For $270 per night for a 70's motel style room, with no daily cleaning service and without a toaster is extremely over priced. We won't be back.
