I have already transferred your comments on the bed issue to our management and the housekeeping department so we will definitely inspect the situation and make sure that the mattress going to be replaced. Regarding the room size - the equipment, measures and pictures are clearly advertised on our websites and everywhere we offer the rooms so in case you would prefer to have a more spacious bedroom, I suggest to book a higher category room which offer more comfort to the clients. Our hotel belongs along with the entire town center to the UNESCO world heritage list and since our building is originally from the 16th century, it is not possible to build such equipment as is A/C without permission of the local preservation office. It is a very complicated process and hopefully, soon our management will find an alternative solution in order to provide our clients this comfort. Firtstly, I am really happy to read that you had one pleasant stay with us and that you enjoyed mostly our central location, the arking facilities, room cleanliness and our breakfast offer. I will definitely forward these compliments to the authorized managers. Secondly, I would like to react on your note about the absence of the air-conditioning. Since the hotel and the entire town is listed in the UNESCO heritage list, it is very complicated to make any changes in the matter of reconstructions or equipment that should be visible from outside (in this specific case it is not possible to have any modern equipment on the building facade, so that the historic appearance would be destroyed). However, the management is currently discussing some alternatives, so that in the future we could provide A/C in our rooms. So far we are always happy to get our clients a fan.
