There are about a million stairs to climb in order to get from the street to the hotel, so be prepared for that. There is no elevator, but the staff take your bags up to your room for you. They have a lovely breakfast buffet and there is always a full container of drinking water in the lobby to fill water bottles. The staff sometimes use a translation app to help communicate, but we had no problem at all. They arranged transportation (a tuk tuk) for us to get to the train station, which was a fun experience and only cost s/10\. The property is clean and met our needs perfectly. It's just a short walk to the square or other shops and dining options. They are so welcoming and genuine and really made our first impression of Peru special."
