"Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. El hotel es muy cómodo, acogedor y todo estaba muy limpio. La atención fue excelente en todo momento y el personal siempre fue muy amable. Solo tuvimos un pequeño detalle con el agua, ya que al principio no salía lo suficientemente caliente y en San Cristóbal, con el frío, sí se agradece muchísimo, pero lo reportamos y lo solucionaron. No está ubicado en el centro, pero está a unos 5 minutos en auto y es muy fácil tomar un taxi; a nosotros nos costaba aproximadamente $60 llegar al centro. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo genial. Nos sentimos muy a gusto durante nuestra estancia y sin duda fue una estancia muy agradable."

"Hotel céntrico y bonito. El staff amable y la habitación amplia y limpia, con todas las amenidades necesarias. Mis sugerencias son que agreguen ventiladores en la habitación ya que se siente húmedo y caluroso durable el día. También pedirle al staff de la noche que mantenga el orden. Había una fiesta en la habitación de al lado en nuestra primera noche y no pudimos descansar."

"Beautiful hotel. Location is great. Everything was very close by and within walking distance. The only thing we had a hard time with, was the fact that the bed is located up stairs. We had to climb down in the middle of the night to go to the restroom downstairs."
