The hotel was advertised as having newly refurbished rooms, ours was not, it felt dirty. It was also very small, a tiny desk, no where to put luggage. In the bathroom there was lots of mould. We were on the third floor, when we got there the lift was not working so had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs! I would not recommend this hotel until all the rooms are refurbished.

Property was clean and decorated nicely, staff was pleasant and helpful.

Good location. Rooms were small particularly with 3 id us sharing a room.

The staff and the people at the reception were very helpful and extremely polite. There was some noise due to road works but i was too tired to hear it
