Outdated and in need of many repairs

Posted 17-Oct-2017
Elevator was out of order. Shower head had mold. Air conditioning worked but rattled and banged all night. Heavy winds whistied through the opening around AC unit adding to noise making it difficult to sleep. Thin walls and you hear others conversations and alarm clocks. Cheap price equals cheap experience. I have stayed here several times in the past year but this last trip made my decision final. I will not stay here again.

Friendly stay, Great Price

Posted 11-Oct-2017
Pros: Staff friendliness. I enjoyed the coffee at all hours, it was kept stocked. Good lobby setting.
Cons: There was a little bit of issue of cleanliness in a couple of public places - one elevator and breakfast room tables on one day.
I came to Tulsa for a couple of days to attend a funeral & burial. I needed a comfortable and affordable room and got it at this hotel. Foremost, the staff was very helpful. They allowed me to host family in the breakfast area to play cards. They also got some food out for me at 4 a.m. before I checked out to catch a very early morning flight. I slept well on the bed and was able to control room temperature. I recommend this place for travelers needing a nice stay for relatively low price.

Uncomfortable

Posted 09-Oct-2017
The room we stayed in needs to have the mattresses replaced. Bathroom was small. For our vacation this was our least favorite hotel of our trip.

Close to Fairgrounds

Posted 09-Oct-2017
The staff was absolutely the best. My husband came down with a 24 hour virus. I was looking for a Sprite in the vending machines but couldn't find any. I went to the front desk to ask if there might be one in a vending machine on a different floor. She found one in the employee break room and gave it to me. I didn't get her name but she was most helpful. We will definitely stay there again

Fair area and quiet

Posted 24-Sep-2017
For expense savings they chose to put these 1/2 size pillows. It takes two to make one regular size pillow. And they only put 4 on the bed. So it was equivalent to 2 pillows on the bed. I sleep with 2 so therefore I had a difficult night sleeping. They need to either provide extra pillows to the equivalency of two regular size pillows per person which would've been twice the number of pillows the had. Or they need to go back to regular size pillows provide two person. Was the major downer for this hotel stay.

Park at your own risk hmmmm

Posted 11-Sep-2017
Pros: The staff was very nice
Cons: update the rooms and replace the carpet the mattresses were very uncomfortable
Location: Close to downtown Tulsa We were there for a convention didn't do much outside of that.
Park at your own risk, with a trailer full of convention wares to sell did not start out to a stellar entrance. The receptionist was very nice. The room smelled well, I can't put my finger on it, but not good. I left an essential oil diffuser running all day with lavender and vanilla and it STILL didn't help. There was something, lets call it nail polish on the bathroom wall next to the toilet, it was red, we are going to call it nail polish because I slept there and don't want to think of anything else it could have been. There were 2 adults and 2 teenagers 14 and 15. The lack of outlets to charge any devices was disappointing to say the least. We found one on the wall at floor level hidden in a tiny cubby. The other one we couldn't even access without moving the tv that was affixed to the table and then it was a power strip hanging precariously Breakfast the first day Saturday was good [Fresh toasted english muffins, egg patties, sausage patties], oatmeal, apples yellow oranges, danish waffle maker, canned fruit, granola and yogurt with a fruit juice machine 3 different types of coffees, with creamer cups in 3 flavors. Breakfast 2nd day Sunday bleh sausage links that were exceedingly greasy, potatoes that were soggy cubes, egg squares, prepackaged salsa, ketchup and all the side dishes listed above However, the juice machine was out of order so they had oj in a pitcher that was in an ice bath but it was too small so it was HOT, like hot OJ You get what you pay for maybe

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room we stayed in had some problems though. A few lights were out. It did not have a safe like the site we booked it from said it did. The location was great though. Also the elevator was out for one of the days we were there so we had to take the stairs. The fridge in the room did not get cold enough either. House keeping was great they kept the room tidy and kept fresh towels and sheets in the room for us. Overall it wasnt a bad stay but they deffinetly need to work on the rooms and keep them as they appear on their site. Our next visit we will probably choose another hotel to stay in, but if your looking for an affordable hotel to stay in in tulsa thats not great but not bad either this one would deffinetly work for you.

Nice place when you just need to spend a night

Posted 09-Sep-2017
Older hotel, but clean, quiet and comfortable. It was conveniently located for my needs. Had to skip the free breakfast but it looked delish!
