Only to show up and they are in fact NOT open and have not been for a month. I was told I must have been on the call with an AI bot. I asked for a manager to call me in the morning. No call ever. I would never have stayed in this hotel and paid the amount of money I paid, if I had not been lied to. I could have saved money staying with a friend or at another lodging facility but I paid the money under the guise that there would be a functional hot tub and pool. I will never stay at this hotel again, even if they do get the pool and hot tub fixed… which I doubt will ever happen. I had to come to Soldotna for school and stayed here for a little over a month. The house is within perfect walking distance to the hospital for clinical rotations. It was the perfect home away from home and had everything I needed for an extended stay. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed my time in the home.
